Cam was chef/owner of The Pullman Restaurant in the Shenandoah Valley and chef at the highly regarded Downtown Grille in Charlottesville, Virginia prior to that. He is also known locally for his cuisine, which he prepared for the local bistro Duner's and also at Rococo's Restaurant, both in Charlottesville. Recently he was the Executive Chef at the well known 219 Restaurant in Old Town Alexandria. Cam learned his trade in New Orleans, where he apprenticed under such renowned Commander's Palace chefs such as Emeril Lagasse and Jamie Shannon, and at Jonathan's, under Tom Cowman.
